for drip coffee, French Press as well as most espresso machines.
The grinding wheels are the same as those found on many semi-commercial
coffee grinders. It is recommended for Saeco, Solis Crema, Briel
and Capresso espresso machines only. |

The Saeco MC2002 burr grinder uses burr grinding wheels to
crush the coffee bean into uniform coffee grounds. This is
better than a standard blade grinder, which usually does not
produce uniform grind sizes. The grinding wheels are made of
long life tempered steel surfaces like those found on larger
semi-commercial coffee grinders.
Consistent grind size is important to promote better taste
and aroma. It is especially important if you are grinding coffee
for an espresso machine, which needs a fine and consistent
